Creator Terms And Conditions

While we acquire a license to use your Assets, you retain ownership of the intellectual property rights of your Assets. However, by submitting your Assets, you represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights, permissions, and authority to grant us the license described above.

3.Distribution and Use of Assets

We may also allow other users of our services to access, view, and interact with your Assets, subject to the terms and conditions of their use.

You may terminate the license granted to us for your Assets by providing us with written notice at support@lmon.au. However, please note that this termination will not affect any distribution or use of your Assets that has already taken place prior to the termination.

We reserve the right to modify these terms of service, including the provisions related to the use of Assets. If we make any material changes, we will notify you by email or through our website or mobile app. Your continued use of our services after receiving such notice constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
